Your Tropical Home in Orlando, Florida is an exceptionally large south facing two storey villa, consisting of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), large games room, extended pool and Jacuzzi. The air conditioned and heated accommodation combined with a modern open plan layout creates a feeling of spaciousness and stylish living for up to 12 guests (Cots and high chairs can also be provided for the precious little ones in your family). The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority. Our representatives guarantee that your holiday experience is stress free by ensuring that they are on hand to assist you in any way that they can and also ensure that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The layout of the villa is as follows: Entrance A covered entry provides access to the property. Kitchen A home from home fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, food disposal unit. All kitchen items are supplied. Dining Room Open plan aspects and consists of dining table and chairs. There is an open archway to the kitchen. Family Room Room has vaulted ceiling and is light and spacious. A sliding patio door leads to the pool area where you can enjoy the view to the decking and pool area. Apart from the luxurious lounge furniture, the room maintains a large TV with DVD and music centre for those relaxing moments. Master Bedroom Full privacy with spacious and cool aspects. Large King sized bed. Ample storage space and Master bathroom with separate walk in shower room, toilet, twin wash bowls and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 A feeling of spaciousness with its queen sized bed and own en-suite bathroom and shower, wash bowl and toilet which is also accessible from the reception area. Games Room Great to relax in and enjoy family fun. It consists of Cable TV, Hi-Fi system, Pool Table, X-box and PS2, family board games – Something for everyone.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi The screened pool and decking area (25x40) comprises of a large heated pool* (14x28), Jacuzzi* and gas BBQ, allowing ample space for all your party to relax and soak up the Florida sun. *Please note: There is a charge for the heated pool and Jacuzzi. please refer to weekly rentals section for charges. Bedroom 3 The 3rd en-suite bedroom with full sized bed. Ample storage space and the en-suite consists of a bath, shower wash bowl and toilet. Bedrooms 4 & 5 Both are large rooms – Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 (one single bed and bunk beds). Bedroom 5 sleeps 2. Large clothes closet in both. Bathroom 4 Large bathroom that is shared between bedrooms 4 and 5. Consists of bath, shower, wash bowl and toilet.
